Hello everyone newbie here,

I suppose I should start with a little background on myself, I am 20 years old and am from Ontario Canada. I am enrolled and on track to complete my home inspection certification and certification in residential construction later this year. I have been self educating through books and the biggerpockets website on real estate investing and plan to begin flipping houses in 2017. I would like reinvest the money made in flipping houses (rehabbing myself) and through home inspection to eventually purchase rental properties (likely multi family) which hopefully one day will be able to support my future family and I.

I am looking for suggestions for additional resources to increase my knowledge in both the areas of flipping houses and rentals.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
