Hello!

Excited to finally join.

I work in Tech as a software dev manager, but recently began 10 months of paternity leave.

I’m aiming to purchase my first multi family unit while I’m on leave. Currently narrowing down geographies (between Hamilton, Kitchener, and Windsor now) and working in partnership with another couple, but I wanted to connect with the community here to find like minds.

We have great access to capital, but just learning the ropes otherwise.

Cheers!

You should consider Niagara region as well. St Catherine’s and Welland.
