2019 REI Goals - 20 Doors by 2020!!!
Ok...we took Brandon Turners recommendation to start the tradition of sitting down to review our accomplishments in 2018 and make some goals for 2019.
(Completed while having lunch after our 2 hour spa provided by our realtor after purchasing our last property!!)
First off 2018 - Without a doubt one the biggest life changing years of our lives... When we decided REI would be our future.
- Purchased our first true purpose bought Investment property that brought us up to 6 doors.
- Completed first JV bringing us to 8 doors
- 8 days in Spain and a month in Australia for Sari and I... thank you Canadian Navy for the work trips!!
Goals for 2019
- 20 Doors by 2020... It's a big one, but we are confident with the right JV partners we can make it happen
- Retire from the Navy in July 2019 to make REI my full time career
- Sari to obtain Real Estate Licence and Kris to obtain Property Management Licence. REI Dream Team!!!
