Started completely by accident.
Bought a house with a old basement suite and was dated.
Fixed up the basement and rented it out as we Reno the upstairs while living there.
Hgtv was on free preview and seen income property so looked into investing in real estate.
Learned about JV and no money deals
Picked up a SFH with a JV then a 2nd up/down duplex non our own money.
Looking for more up/down duplex’s
And larger multi family in the future.
