Calling all investors and agents
Hi BP,
Trying to gauge for some services to offer while I pursue my agent license in order to learn and create some income for myself.
Investors: I understand good Property management can be hard to find. What is important to you in a property manager? If you have a PM, what could they do better?Outside of PM, what other services would be useful to you as an investor? Deal prospecting? "Driving for dollars?"
Agents: What do you always need help with? Admin? Handing out flyers? Cards? Door knocking?
