I am a newbie to real estate investing and looking for Turn-Key projects. Came across this event in Greater Toronto  Area (GTA), Ontario Canada.

If you plan to buy and hold, it might be a good idea but for appreciation I don't think it will go so high since you are buying in the HIGH $300k's + in London.  I had a similar project at the Solstice in Guelph and it didnt go up that much after 6 years.
