Windsor Rental Market

Hello fellow investors,

I'm looking to invest in the Windsor market due to MUCH lower prices in that area compared to anywhere close to Toronto.

How is the rental market? What kind of rent per room can I expect from students in the University of Windsor area?

I'm looking for single family or multifamily houses that offer 4-5 bedrooms which can each be individually rented out to students.

I'm also curious about how locals feel about paying renting for a finished basement? In the Greater Toronto area, we got basements renting for over $1,000 !!

Cheers,

Jashan

There is a person on BP (Scott Innocente?-I can never tag him).  If you search BP for windsor, you will find an entire thread about investing there.
