Investing in cottages

Hi,

I've been investing in single family/duplex residential homes and lately seriously considering investing in a 4 seasons cottage. After considering all the costs involved, still seems like a good cash flow model. 

Anyone thinking along the same lines or have recently transitioned to this investment option? Appreciate your feedback.
