anyone have experience with these small houses? i have a promise to purchase accepted on one in my area (sherbrooke), i'll probably rent it out but might live in it also. anything to watch out for?

any ideas for small improvements that could boost the value of these types of homes? i saw some owners in the area installed metal roofs.
