Muskoka Wholesaling Experiences
Hey Everyone,
I am venturing in Wholesaling real estate. I don't have a lot of capital, so I plan to do assignments for a bit until I am more comfortable and build some capital. I wanted to ask anyone one here if they have experience wholesaling in Muskoka, ON. At first I figured it would be a good idea but the more I look into it the harder I'm finding it. Has anyone done it here before and can provide me with some insights. Or if you haven't but have idea to why people would or wouldn't venture down this road in this area. Looking forward to any help people can bring me.
