Real Estate Investing in Edmonton, Alberta

Debra A.
Posted

Hello everyone!!!

I am new to bigger pockets and new to investing. I'm looking to buy a long-term investment property in Edmonton for passive income. I am currently building my team what should I look for in a good mortgage broker, real estate agent, and property manager? What are the red flags?

Secondly (and perhaps this should have been first), I'm a little worried about Biden's decision on the pipeline and other economic factors (I'm reading different takes that are a bit confusing). Do you think it is a good idea to invest in real estate in Edmonton? Why or Why not?

Thank you very much!
