Resources for Vacancy Rates

Hi there - what is everyone's current go-to resource or strategy for accurate vacancy rates in Canada?  Eg.) Call a property management company or realtor in the city you're looking to buy.  Does anyone have any other suggestions, or have a go-to website?  Thanks!

@GS Thandi  welcome to BP... CMHC rental market reports are a good place to start until you want to dive deeper into a specific market: https://www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca/en...

Once you have a market or two identified, you can get the local flavour from realtors / PMs in market
