Hey BiggerPockets fam hoping all is well ! I've been following BP for a little over 5 months now and I'm proud to say it has had such a positive shift in my life! Listening and reading every day stories really has influenced me to take steps I don't know I would've ever taken without BP! I am now currently taking courses to become a licensed real estate agent as well as in the process of getting my VA Loan Pre-Approved to house hack my FIRST property! Super excited and would love for everyone ( if they want ) to drop what they do and their specialty in real estate ! Whether you're a builder , investor, agent , contractor , etc !

I am also a real estate agent in Arizona, the brokerage I work for is Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. I work in the entire Maricopa County area and have investment knowledge and work in the luxury market often. I also am focusing on investing and building my portfolio and passive income as you are.
