In this current market is it still believed that love letters actually work when purchasing a property. It seems the current state is more so about the money then the sentimental value unfortunately. Please chime in.

In most cases, it definitely is about the money as there are not many people who are willing to sell their house just because someone likes it. However, it could be a good way to initiate a conversation.
