i need help to know and understand better which Neighborhoods is the best and safe to focus on,
which side of Detroit is the best to invest ?

@Yosi Halaly The #1 thing you should understand about Detroit, is the difference between the Metro Detroit suburbs and the City of Detroit!
Don't make the mistake of lumping them together or you may get taken advantage of.
