FHA out of state Question
Good evening BP community,
I live and work in Arizona currently, and I have family back home in Missouri and travel back home a few times a year…I seem to understand that a FHA loan requires you to live in the home for a year before you can rent it out…is that true for every state or certain states in particular? Appreciate any feedback thank you!
