Hello Bigger Pockets Family, 

I am happy to say that as of tomorrow, Wednesday the 21st of December, I will officially be a home owner! So now I come here to this knowledgeable forum and ask you all:

What are some questions to asking before I officially sign off on the paper work? (If any at all)

Is there any advice/tips a I should know as a new home owner?

How can I use this primary residence to help me get to the next step in real-estate?
