Trying to purchase our first home....

Posted

Hello everybody, Wife and I aretrying to purchase our first home and was looking for some creative ways to finance and purchase one. We are having some snags as the area we are looking in has the property (acreage) we want but a lot of the homes are either mobile homes or modular homes and we are approved for a FHA loan but it does not cover mobile homes.

we have a construction business that will be renting part of the property as a yard for equipment and office that being the reason we need space.

is there any suggestions to help us along?

thank you guys for your time and all the knowledge you share to us newbies, have a great weekend.
