Seeking a Mentor

I am 22 years old, and wanting to purchase my first House Hack! (First home in general too!) 

I have been working with a Real Estate agent to help find me a good duplex, but I still feel like there are so many things that I don’t understand/know, and I would love to be able to talk with someone along the way. I have listened to TONS of Bigger Pockets podcasts, and am actually in the process of becoming a Real Estate agent myself! Thank you for reading this:)
