Sacramento (oak park) newbie

Hi everyone,

I purchased a duplex in the Central Oak Park Area. Would love to connect with any other investors/agents from the area.

Thoughts on buy/hold strategy for this area? I’ve read a lot about the potential of the area but it seems like it’s a street by street basis. North Oak Park seems to be way ahead of central oak park.

I have flipped and owned rentals in Central OP.    As you are learning,  it is street by street but there is still a lot of investment going on.
