Lack of Capital
I have found a deal in Kalamazoo Mi. The issue is that two houses are a package deal. I can afford one of the houses on my own, but I cannot afford the second house. I ran the numbers, and they should both cash flow very well. Either I'm looking for a business partner or for a way to finance both homes. Please get in contact with me if you are interested.
