Calculators for Canadian market?

Hello BiggerPockets Family, My name is Kevin, I have been a bigger pocket fan for more than 2 years, and listen to the podcast every day in the car, As I am getting more serious about investing in real estate, I want to use the resource like a mortgage calculator or rental calculator, but none of them I think to Apply for Canadian houses? Is there a Canadian site for Biggerpockets? so I can start using the calculators or how do fellow Canadian use the calculator on Biggerpocket?  Greatly appreciate the answers! Apology in advanced for being a newbie here!

 What Calculator are you looking for? All I will tell you is if your putting 20% down on any single property, after you press(=) on the calculator it will start with (-)
