Seller not fixing issues before closing

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has this issue where the seller had agreed to fix the issue after contract and now they don’t want to not fix them… they are forcing me to close or they will put the house back on the market ?

My attorney is aware of the issue and they are going to talk to me soon to help me to understand my options…

Can I sue the seller for non performance?

What are your thoughts ?
