House/lot cold call letter
Hello everyone!
My wife and I are trying to get into the real estate market, we haven’t had our first house yet, but I work for a construction company and can get a really good deal on a house, I just have to find the right lot. All the lots around me are extremely overpriced and I wanted to see how you guys would write a letter offering for a lot/house that’s not on the market currently. Any tips would be great! With the lumber prices through the roof I have to make a low offer, but it’s better to try than say it’s not possible!
