I'm a real estate agent and long term buy/hold investor in Savannah, GA. I was fortunate to meet some phenomenal people in Orlando a few weeks back at BPCON23! I'd love to connect with more like-minded individuals here in the forums.

Im currently stationed in Germany but were planning on heading to Savannah, GA for (hopefully) Retirment in 2024. We have two rentals in Ohio, one SFH in Richmond Hill,GA and one multi in Savannah, GA. Would love to connect with anyone investing in the area including yourself if your still there.
