Has anybody used the Rehab Valuator Software? Would this be a good purchase for a newbie?

I have no knowledge of it but I suggest two Great reads, I bought both J. Scott The Book on Flipping Houses,The Book on Estimating ReHab Costs http://www.biggerpockets.com/flippingbook
