Has anyone worked with Mynd.co?

Question

As title says, looking for some first hand experience, positive or negative; for working with mynd.co. (https://www.mynd.co)

One of my co-workers at my last job (pre-covid times) used to work\invest with them, so I had probably registered on their site back then. They just started sending me promotional emails again since a month or so back and their prices look decent. I'm not in touch with that co-worker now but I didn't even know about BP back then. Now that I have this amazing community, I want to know the folks here if you've ever heard of this company or worked with them? Or if you heard about them but decided not to work with them for xyz reason, I'd interested in that too.

Sadly Martin is correct. I used for them an Atlanta property and it was an utter disaster. I estimate I lost over $10,000 in a turnover because of them. Incompetence to say the least. I think I went through 3 different people that were over my account because they would quit. I finally fired them and my property is SOOOO much better. Their "guarantees" are total junk. Basically they'll come up with reasons as to why the "guarantee" doesn't apply to your situation.

Do not engage with those clowns. They ruined one of my Jacksonville properties. You only get a single point of contact for everything all encompassing, and unless they are 100% competent(not even proficient) you are screwed. You cannot change the assigned POC.
