Hello BP Family,

I received a letter from PMAC Lending Services saying that the FHA is offering new mortgage programs to homeowners allowing them to consolidate credit card debt into your current mortgage. They're saying I'm pre-qualified to do so.

Anyone have any experience with PMAC Lending? Anyone ever heard of consolidating credit card debt into your current mortgage?
