Easy Button Leads

Has anyone used Easy button leads. We hired another lead gen company (REI Call Center) and they are failing miserably at their job. Promise one to two leads per day and we are on day 20 and have got 3 leads. only one that will maybe list with us a year from now. They are super hard to find reviews for. Please advise!
