GSP REI Information?

Question

I mistakenly posted this in the classified section and wanted to repost in the correct location. Is anyone familiar with GSP REI? I've enjoyed learning about various capital raisers and their businesses and interested to hear some reviews on this company. How can they guarantee a rate of return and a 9 month hold period? Appears to be equity and not recorded loans either. To me it clearly seems their distributions are just recycling investor dollars or am I wrong?

As for distributions, we generate income through rental revenue and selling properties. We are local to you in Bucks County. I live in Newtown Square, Delaware County and our office is in Downingtown, Chester County. I have friends that live in Bucks County and get there pretty often. We should grab coffee sometime!

I too would like to know if anyone has experience with them.  I know Peter Neil was with PPR, but that is all I know.  Looking to diversify.  Appreciate any info.  Thanks.
