Has anyone bought from MarketPro Deals?

Hi,

Has anyone bought from the wholesaler MarketPro Deals? Are they easy to work with? Do they charge any fees in addition to their asking price for properties? Any trouble with them delivering a clear title? Any info would be appreciated. I know they're a large wholesaler on the east coast, I'm in Atlanta, GA. Thanks.
