Opendoor Property Trust
Has anybody had any experience dealing with Opendoor Reality Group in the Atlanta, Marietta, Ga area? This is my first time and I'm buying a fixer upper that needs a new compressor, roof and a total kitchen remodel. The records show the house last sold in Sept, 24 for 382K and was listed in Oct 24 for 416K and reduced to 406K in November. Any suggestions I should consider before engaging them?
