Thank you Rent To Retirement
I just finished purchasing my first property through Rent To Retirement and the process was better than I expected. Melissa Justice, my Investment Strategist, was present throughout the process and answered all my questions. She was always available via phone and email with prompt replies. As a new investor in this space with some trepidation about investing out of state, I found the service to be first class. RTR provides the data behind individual deals as well as analysis behind why they are in certain markets and I found this to be so helpful as an investor with a full-time job. I attended a free seminar put on by CEO @ZachLemaster and also signed up for the Rent To Retirement Academy. I was attracted to his sincerity and transparency as well as his service to our country as a military veteran and have not been disappointed as I interact with the company and navigate the RTR Academy curriculum. Thank you!

I appreciate your perspective - though I’d like to offer some context to clarify.
I’ve worked in the real estate space for the past 15 years, holding active licenses and working in the capacity of a realtor in New Jersey, California, and soon Arizona. I’ve helped clients navigate everything from residential sales to complex investment transactions in multiple markets.
Beyond traditional real estate, I currently work as an investment strategist at Rent To Retirement, where I help investors nationwide build portfolios of cash-flowing properties - not just by finding deals, but by advising on market selection, financing structure, tax strategies, and long-term scaling.
I also invest personally, and while I’m not here to brag about door counts, I bring experience on both sides of the table - as an operator AND as an advisor. The clients I work with aren’t just looking to "buy a house"; they’re building out passive income strategies, diversifying geographically, and often transitioning from high-income W-2 jobs into full-time investing.
So, I totally get the skepticism - this space is full of buzzwords and self-proclaimed “gurus.” But not everyone using the term "investment strategist" is slapping it on a business card after watching a YouTube video.
Some of us are actually doing the work - daily - alongside the investors we serve.
Best of luck in your own REI journey!
