Rent To Retirement

I recently closed on my first property with Rent To Retirement and overall had a good experience. They connected me with markets that aligned with my investment goals that would have taken a lot for me to find individually, and the process was made much easier by their network of preferred vendors and partners. I appreciate that they offer access to properties that are affordable in markets that still provide good potential. While the projected ROI on their website feels a bit optimistic, they still provide all the tools you need to make an informed decision—especially when you factor in future earnings after incentives and adjust for your own comfort level around vacancy and maintenance reserves. The buyer incentives like free property management for a year and seller credits are a nice bonus too and help make their deals even more attractive. I'd definitely work with them again in the future.
