Has Anyone Used Econohomes
I'm interested in a property. It's owned by econohomes. Wondering if anyone has any feedback on them. They say the title is presented <180 days after purchase. This is because of the fast turnarounds they have from acquiring the property to selling to a potential investor. They also recommend to do a title search on your own to ensure there are no liens or encumbrances etc... Your thoughts?
