Rate Plug and Listing Booster

I am interested to here pros and cons of rate plug from fellow agents. I have a lender that would like me to join Rate Plug as well as Listing Booster to help co-brand.

I am concerned with both as I have never used them in the past and I want to make sure my leads are not going to someone else etc.
