Has anyone heard of or had any experience with Kimberly & Charles Petty or any of their programs? They claim to have a course, and offer multiple ways of getting your investment back, plus they supposedly guarantee it! The cost is around $1500.00 and they claim they wholesale properties nationwide and can teach you to do the same? Anyone?
