Propstream Real Estate Investment Software
Is anyone using the REI software propstream i have been doing research on it, it has been out for many years and i see many mixed reviews on the software. Is anyone using this product and if so can you provide your experience.
There website makes the software sound incredible. They claim it can search for foreclosure and pre foreclosure that are updated daily. It can also find and analyze any property in the us finding comps, and other property information to track down the owner. It has many other useful features if these work it would seem like an incredibly useful tool.
