Question for those of you who do your own property management:
Which software program spreadsheets are you using and why?
If you've switched from one app to the please share what did not work for you on previous app?
Which app is all encompassing 1-stop shop that would be easily scalable as more properties are added in your opinion?
And anything else I forgot I ask that you think new investors should know?
