Hi bigger pockets community I was wondering if any one heard of REALPOF.COM or successfully used it. It's a website that give you access to proof of funds when you need. Any feed back will be appreciated thanks!

As a seller, I would laugh at that, were it offered to me as proof of funds.

POF is a really, really simple concept. If the seller requires POF, you have to provide PROOF THAT YOU HAVE THE FUNDS!
