Anybody had any experience with this company, especially on the buying side? A friend told me all it took was $500 down & HomeVestors is selling him an Atlanta fixer, rehabbing it, & selling it for him (& they already have 2 potential buyers waiting). He hopes to make $20k profit. Is he dreaming, or has anyone else done this?
