Preston Ely (guy behind FreedomSoft) is an "over-the-top" salesman who makes huge claims about your potential success via his various REI programs....

That said, I know a lot of guys who've used FreedomSoft and claim it really helped them with their entire business process for REI.  So, even tho it may come with some lofty claims, I've always considered it to be a legit product.

The video is most likely an affiliate video. If you buy in thy will get half of you payment every month.

Also hell up sell you at every opportunity.

I use it today. It works for me. I like that I don't have to make my own apps.

I searched for cash buyers in my market and I was surprised to see some of the cash buyers that I currently do business with pop up, so I would say its legit. I've only been using for a few weeks. Haven't tried the direct mail campaign yet. The websites are a little cheesy but they are straight to the point.

I used it briefly, from what I saw it pulls public records and puts them all in one place. We did a cash buyer campaign from it and it wasn't that successful but there are other parts to the service that I did not use so I cannot comment on that.

In regards to the cash buyer campaign, I believe they cross referenced cash sales with tax records for owner address, but it could be inaccurate because if the actual end buyer bought through LLC or never recorded the deed the records may not be updated with their actual address.

I believe there is a trial that gives you ability to use all services for some amount of time (I can't remember) so I would try that and see, it could have changed since I used it.
