Looking for information about the area as to the oil industry and the housing situation there past and a little forward thinking.
would like your opinion of the housing situation in the general areas of the oil industry. There has been large building programs going on but I have seen large projects that have been stopped in various stages. Some are calling for more needed housing and I am wondering why , with so many vacancies, already built.
Perhaps you know of a good realtor there that I might also talk to about what is happening there. Considering investing there but still not convinced.
