Feedback on Melrick Equity Partners
I am brand new to investing and saw on ad on Craigslist that they were looking for wholesalers in the Tampa area. Thought it might be a good way to jump start saving for that first down payment. Their website looks great but I'm also seeing some negative buzz when Googled. Anybody work with these folks (they claim to be in about 6 - 10 major US markets) or heard anything, good or bad. Thanks in advance.
