Flipping-Getting Started

My husband and I have been researching the in's & out's of rehabbing for a few years now. He owns a remodeling business and has for many years and works as a GC. We currently own one rental property but would like to get into the flipping/wholesaling aspect.

We have a partner that is on board with us, so together we are trying to figure out the best way to jump in. We've come across a bank owned house that we are possibly interested in, but are working now to get the logistics of the financing figured out.

Anyways, trying to figure out the best finacning route to take (we both own homes so we will NOT be living in this property and want to flip ASAP) with this being our first investment property. Any and all advice is much appreciated!
