Spouses Buying Houses

Has anyone done business or know anything about Spouses Buying Houses in Indianapolis?  I have been talking to Lee Smith, head of the company and I am considering doing business with him.  I would love to hear any experience any of you have.

I have talked to Lee a number of times,and I have spent a no.of months in Indy.

He has a vast amount of experience across all aspects of the business including rehab ,project mgt. ,leasing .He is a local resident which I would consider imperative before doing business.I would consider him a straight shooter and will tell you exactly how he sees it.

I haven't done business with him yet but he will be right up there when I'm ready /need help.
