Apartment for rent and need a screening company
Hi BP family! One of my tenets is moving out August 1st. Once I go in and paint and fix what ever needs to be fixed i will be putting it on the market. Problem is, I don't have a credit screening company to check credit and background on potential tenets. The one I was using is out of business. Any recommendations who I should or could use for this process?
