I am investing in apartment buildings for passive income, however I am looking into becoming an agent and selling apartment buildings and any large commercial properties, development sites.
Once I buy my next apartment building, I will be passively managing it, whilst working for additional income to build my cash reserves and help me put a down payment on my next building, I figured becoming a commercial agent in NYC will help me keep my eye out for my next deal and its also the field that excites me.
