best NYC commercial real estate brokers
I am investing in apartment buildings for passive income, however I am looking into becoming an agent and selling apartment buildings and any large commercial properties, development sites.
Once I buy my next apartment building, I will be passively managing it, whilst working for additional income to build my cash reserves and help me put a down payment on my next building, I figured becoming a commercial agent in NYC will help me keep my eye out for my next deal and its also the field that excites me. Can anyone recommend any NYC commercial Brokerages in Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan?
