short sale in SC

I purchased a home through the Marshall Reddick Seminars about 5 years ago. The property value in South Carolina has dropped about 30%. I only collected 4 months rent out of the last 12 months. I have been paying the mortgage out of my savings.
I was hoping someone could recommend a short sell company. :roll:
