I made about 29k from IRA with AWB with Rosanne and Peter and so far still evaluating. 2 months into note and the house got sold so I got money back. Money back in play in about a month so I'll see how long before house gets sold again. If it does well in 6-12 mos with consistent amount of interest coming in 10-12%, then will be putting 100k with them as well. Also have turn key properties with another company. Wanted to invest in both turn key and small amount in IRA with real estate. Good to diversify.
